Hi, I'm Zlatko.
I've been building for the web for 7 years. 120+ projects across Fiverr, Upwork, and direct clients. For most of that time I built in Webflow. Then AI changed how fast you can build, so I changed what I build. Right now I'm focused on websites, tools, and the systems that make them worth having after launch.
What I build.
Websites, tools, and the systems that make them work. Grouped by what you actually need, not by which tool I use to build it.
Websites that work after launch
Custom-built Next.js and Framer sites. Fast, owned by you, no platform lock-in. Built so your team can edit and operate them without calling a developer every time something needs to change.
Products and tools built around websites
The layer between the website and the business. Dashboards, portals, calculators, lead flows, and custom business logic. The stuff that makes a website useful instead of just visible.
Content systems and structured data
CMS setup your team can actually use. Blog, resources, case studies, events. Structured so editors can publish without breaking things and content gets found by both search engines and AI tools.
Framer Marketplace components and templates
Ready-to-use Framer components and templates published on the Marketplace. Built for speed, real-world use, and designers who don't want to start from scratch. 2,500+ users across published components.
Performance and technical foundations
Slow sites cost you rankings and conversions. I fix the technical layer: page speed, Core Web Vitals, image optimization, code cleanup. Before/after report included.
Ongoing work and maintenance
For sites that are live and need someone reliable to keep them fast and improving. Content updates, bug fixes, performance monitoring, and incremental improvements without the overhead of managing a developer.
Successful case study

Professional webflow website for an NGO where they can showcase professional entrepreneurial programs and connect with the target audience.
This website is built for an NYC-based NGO (EGC) with the purpose of showcasing professional entrepreneurial programs. EGC was present on social media, however, lack of their web presence made it difficult for the target audience to find the programs, and track where they are at each step of the program in the timeline.

General FAQ's
Founders, marketing teams, and agencies who need a site that works after launch, not just one that launches. I work best with people who have a clear problem and are ready to move.
Most businesses struggle with websites that look outdated, load slowly, or fail to convert visitors into leads. I help solve these problems by designing and building high-performance websites that combine strategic design with clean development. The goal is to create a site that communicates your message clearly, builds credibility with your audience, and supports your marketing and growth goals.
I build custom Next.js and Framer websites, set up headless CMS systems (Sanity, Payload, Storyblok), build dashboards and client portals, fix performance issues, implement technical SEO, and publish Framer Marketplace components. If the project sits at the intersection of website and product, that's where I work best.
Most projects follow a structured but flexible process. We begin with a discovery phase where we clarify goals, audience, and website structure. Then I move into design exploration and layout planning before building the site in Webflow or Framer. Throughout the process there are checkpoints for feedback to ensure the final product aligns with your vision and business objectives.
Project timelines vary depending on scope, but most websites take between two and six weeks from kickoff to launch. Smaller landing pages may take one to two weeks, while larger marketing sites or redesigns can take longer. I prioritize efficient workflows so projects move forward quickly without sacrificing design quality or performance.
Yes. Many of my projects involve improving or rebuilding existing websites that are slow, difficult to maintain, or no longer represent the brand well. I can redesign the experience, rebuild it in Webflow or Framer for better performance and scalability, and ensure the structure makes ongoing updates easier for your team.
Absolutely. I regularly collaborate with agencies, designers, marketers, and internal teams. In these cases I often focus on development or design implementation while integrating into your existing workflow. Clear communication and structured handoffs make collaboration smooth and efficient, allowing projects to move forward without unnecessary friction.
I've been doing this for 7 years and I've seen what breaks after launch. I focus on building websites teams can actually operate, not just sites that look good on delivery day. Clean structure, real performance, and handoffs that don't require a developer to babysit.
That depends on the stack. Framer sites are editable out of the box. For Next.js sites, I set up a headless CMS or a lightweight editing layer so your team can update copy without touching the code. We figure out the right setup during the project.
I can stay on for ongoing work, or hand off cleanly with documentation. Most clients come back when something needs building or fixing. There's no retainer requirement.
